Role Overview

We are looking for a Wedding Planner who is creative, organized, and detail-oriented. The role involves working closely with couples to understand their vision, curating design concepts, coordinating with vendors, and managing the wedding day execution. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for aesthetics, be comfortable with design software, and be willing to get hands-on during event operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and consult with couples to understand their wedding vision, style preferences, and budget.
• Develop and present design concepts: mood boards, colour palettes, décor themes, and layout plans.
• Translate client ideas into detailed designs in collaboration with decorators, florists, and other vendors.
• Use design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, Sketch, Canva) to create mockups, proposals, and visual presentations.
• Coordinate venue visits, site inspections, and vendor meetings.
• Manage vendor relationships: negotiate contracts, get quotes, and ensure timely delivery.
• Plan logistics: timelines, checklists, seating plans, event flow, and on-day coordination.
• Be present on the wedding day to oversee setup, vendor coordination, and ceremony execution.
• Manage budget tracking, cost estimates, and invoicing.
• Provide post-event analysis, feedback to clients, and maintain follow-up for future business or referrals.
• (Preferred) Assist with social media content: help ideate and design Instagram posts, reels, or Pinterest boards to showcase weddings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Freshers to 6 years in wedding planning, event management, or a related role.
• Design & Aesthetics: Strong sense of design, colour theory, and the ability to translate a concept into a visual reality.
• Software Skills: Proficiency or working knowledge in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Procreate, Canva, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, with strong project-management and multitasking ability.
• Attention to detail, especially with timelines, checklists, and vendor deliverables.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially on wedding days (weekends may be required).
• Basic budgeting and financial planning experience.
• Client-focused mindset and a calm, professional demeanor.
• Preferred: Social media skills — understanding of content creation, Instagram, Pinterest, or other wedding/design-oriented platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
