Position:

Job Responsibilities:

Client Servicing
Finalizing dcor and management with clients, providing new ideas as per client requirement and budget.
Dcor and event Co-ordination with Staff
Dcor Costing Management
Vendor Negotiation and Finalization
Artist Coordination
Event Execution
Single handed handling arrangements for Conferences, Corporate events, Award night, Weddings, Engagement, Sangeet, Cocktail Parties, Birthday parties etc.
Handling Banquet Bookings over Call and in person.
Price negotiations.
Coordinating & Managing with Catering Department for flow of event.
Venue Management.
Crisis Management.

What Were Looking For:

5+ years of experience in client servicing, wedding planning, 5-star banquet sales, hospitality experience
