Now, we’re looking for someone who can turn “almost perfect” into “oh-my-god-is-this-a-magazine-cover?” Your Role (aka Magic Maker): Retouch wedding photos with a natural yet polished aesthetic (think glowing skin, but the pores still exist!) Work closely with our editing team to maintain Rosette’s signature style: cinematic, emotional, and Insta-envy-inducing Remove distractions (stray guests, awkward signage, third-wheeling pigeons—you get it) Make colors pop like champagne bottles at a sangeet Meet deadlines like a baraat meets the dance floor—on time and with flair You Should Be: A wizard with Lightroom & Photoshop Obsessed with detail (if you can spot a crooked maang tikka, we love you already) Someone who understands Indian wedding aesthetics and emotional storytelling Able to handle RAW files like a champ Fluent in color grading, skin retouching, and saving a photo that looks doomed (you know the kind) Reliable, communicative, and fun to work with (bonus points if you can tell a good wedding horror story) How to Apply: 🎥 Send us a 30-second video introducing yourself—bonus if you show us your editing setup or a cool before-after!
