Responsibilities include: - Conducting initial consultations with clients to discuss available wedding packages, desired wedding type, and budget. - Discussing wedding details with clients, including venue options, entertainment, catering, and decoration preferences. - Scheduling meetings with clients to tour wedding venues and meet with vendors like florists, photographers, caterers, bakers, and invitation designers. - Ensuring timely printing of wedding invitations, programs, and place cards. - Arranging transportation of necessary supplies and equipment to the wedding venue. - Packing and securing clients" gifts and personal property. - Monitoring all wedding-day activities for smooth operations.
