Wedding Coordinator - Female

About Us: Weddings by Evensia is a premium international wedding planning company that curates unforgettable celebrations across India and Thailand. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator with excellent spoken and written English to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day planning and execution of weddings and events. Communicate fluently with clients (many of whom are NRIs or international), vendors, and venues. Assist in managing guest RSVPs, collecting travel details, and follow-ups. Handle vendor coordination, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution. Support the production team during pre-event setups and on-ground execution. Prepare and maintain event documentation, reports, and updates. Conduct market research for venues, artists, gifts, and décor ideas. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred. At least 1 year of experience in event coordination or client servicing. Fluent in English (spoken and written) – must be confident in client and vendor interactions. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
