As a Shopify Store Manager, your role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Shopify platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings. You will be responsible for utilizing Shopify apps, plugins, and tools to optimize product visibility and functionality. Additionally, your key responsibilities include: - Improving the overall design, navigation, and checkout process to enhance the user experience for customers. - Monitoring website performance to minimize downtime and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with the development team. - Analyzing website metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improving conversion rates and implementing strategies to increase sales. - Coordinating with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and product launches effectively. - Generating reports using Shopify and analytics tools to track performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
