As a Website Developer at our company located in Gurgaon, Sector 48, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our website to effectively represent our brand and deliver a seamless user experience. With 2-5 years of experience in web development and SEO optimization, your understanding of the automation industry and industrial machinery will be crucial to your success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining our website to ensure it is fast, secure, and user-friendly. You will optimize the website for search engines and ensure high performance across all devices. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams, you will update and manage website content, including product pages, blogs, and news updates. Additionally, you will develop and maintain inquiry forms, contact pages, and product catalogs for automation solutions. Implementing website security measures, data protection policies, and compliance with industry standards will be essential. You will track and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and integrate the website with CRM, ERP, and other digital marketing tools. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field. Proficiency in WordPress, familiarity with SEO strategies and Google Analytics, and experience with database management (MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL) are required. Previous experience of 2-5 years in website development, particularly for B2B and industrial products, is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects are essential soft skills. Knowledge of industrial automation technologies, engineering products, and experience in developing multilingual websites are considered as preferred qualifications. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
