Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging, responsive websites and landing pages across desktop and mobile
Translate wireframes, user flows, and concepts into high-fidelity mockups and design systems
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
Create and maintain brand-consistent UI elements, style guides, and component libraries
Improve website usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
Participate in UX research and apply insights to optimize design decisions
Ensure designs meet SEO and performance best practices
Stay current with design trends, tools, and web standards
Manage multiple projects and timelines, maintaining high attention to detail
Conduct QA and design reviews during staging and post-launch phases

Requirements

25 years of experience in website or UI/UX design
Strong portfolio showcasing web design work (desktop and mobile)
Proficiency in design tools such as
Figma
,
Adobe XD
,
Sketch
, or
Photoshop/Illustrator
Understanding of
responsive design
,
accessibility standards
, and
user-centered design
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS to communicate with developers
Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)
Excellent visual design skills layout, typography, color theory
Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects
