As the Webmaster for TK Group websites & Online stores, your role involves ensuring the ongoing functionality, security, technical updates, and optimization of the e-commerce portals and related digital assets. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely & regular updating of website content, including tournaments, matches, tickets, pricing, bookings, images, blogs/news, etc. - Troubleshoot and resolve website errors & content irregularities, ensuring minimal downtime. - Coordinate with Marketing/SEO/SEM teams to activate marketing collaterals on the website. - Ensure compliance with regulations, including data protection, privacy laws, and consumer protection standards. - Coordinate with Technical & Dev Ops teams for implementing website security protocols. - Provide design improvement feedback for visually appealing, functional, user-friendly pages. - Monitor and analyze site traffic, conversions, and performance metrics for areas of improvement. Requirements and Skills: - Proven experience as a webmaster for ecommerce sites. - Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and working knowledge of Html, CSS, Java, etc. - Familiarity with website management tools, content management systems, web analytics, and SEO practices. - Knowledge of online marketing tactics and tools relevant to ecommerce sales. - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong collaboration, communication abilities, and detail-oriented mindset. - Proficiency in spoken & written English. - Degree or above from a recognized University, preferably in computer applications/engineering.
