Key Responsibilities · Ensure timely & regular updating of the website content including tournaments, matches, tickets, pricing, bookings, images, blogs/news etc. · Troubleshoot and resolve website errors & content irregularities. Ensure adequate actions are taken proactively so as to ensure minimal down times. · Coordinate with the Marketing/SEO/SEM teams for activating marketing collaterals like landing pages, posters, banners, native content etc. on the website. · Ensure compliance with regulations including data protection, privacy laws, and consumer protection standards for online retail. · Coordinate with the Technical & Dev Ops teams for the implementation of the appropriate website security protocols such as firewalls, encryption, and secure login to protect user data and transactions. · Provide appropriate design improvement feedback to the technical team for the creation of visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly pages with a focus on conversion and customer experience. · Monitor and analyze site traffic, conversions, and other ecommerce-specific performance metrics with analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement.
