Role Overview: You will be a full-time Skilled Webmaster based in New Delhi, responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the company's official website - www.penopedia.com. Your daily tasks will include overseeing e-commerce functionalities, programming, project management, and analyzing web analytics to ensure the smooth operation of the website and improve user experience. You will cover website management, e-commerce operations, SEO, analytics, and content updates to align with the luxury brand identity of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and optimize website performance, security, and uptime. - Create and manage product listings, content updates, and promotions. - Implement SEO strategies and track performance using analytics tools. - Provide reports on traffic, conversions, and user behavior. - Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT/hosting providers. - Support marketing campaigns with landing pages and integrations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or Digital Marketing. - 2-4 years of experience in website/e-commerce management. - Proficiency in Shopify as it is our Platform of Choice. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong grasp of SEO, Google Analytics, and Search Console. - Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and autonomously.,
