Weblogic Administrator

As an experienced candidate with 4+ years of experience, holding a B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, or MCA (full-time), without distance learning, you are required to have expertise in Oracle DB and WebLogic. The role is based in Delhi and involves rotational shifts. **Responsibilities:** - WebLogic Installation, Upgrade & Patch Management: You must be capable of installing WebLogic, performing upgrades, and applying critical/security patches across environments. - Performance Tuning & Optimization: Your role will include tuning JVM, Work Managers, thread pools, and other WebLogic parameters for optimal performance. - JMS (Java Messaging Service) & Queues Management: You should possess in-depth knowledge of JMS configuration, distributed queues, and troubleshooting message flow. - Store-and-Forward (SAF) Agents: Ability to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SAF agents for reliable messaging. - Data Sources Configuration & Tuning: It is essential to have an advanced understanding of JDBC connection pools, multi-data sources, and performance tuning. - Thread Dump, Heap Dump & GC Analysis: You should be capable of capturing and analyzing JVM thread/heap dumps and optimizing garbage collection. - WLST (WebLogic Scripting Tool) & Automation: Proficiency in WLST scripting, automation for deployments, and environment management. - Advanced Troubleshooting of Environment & Application Issues: Diagnose and resolve complex multi-tier problems impacting applications and servers. - Application Deployment & Management: Experience in deploying EAR, WAR, and JAR files, version management, and rollback strategies. - Monitoring & Diagnostics Tools: Expertise in using WebLogic Console, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and third-party tools for proactive monitoring and alerting. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology or MCA L2. - Immediate to 15 days notice period.
