Job Title: WebLogic Administrator (Banking Domain)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experiencedWebLogic Administrator with strong expertise in managing enterprise-level middleware environments within thebanking and financial services domain . The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, administering, and optimizing Oracle WebLogic Server environments to support highly available, secure, and mission-critical banking applications.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintainOracle WebLogic Server across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.Managedomain creation, cluster configuration, JVM tuning, and performance optimization for large-scale banking applications.Administermanaged servers, node managers, JDBC data sources, JMS modules, WLST scripts , and deployment automation.Oversee deployment of banking applications and ensure high availability, scalability, and security compliance.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to WebLogic, middleware components, and integrated banking systems.Implement and manageSSL certificates, security realms, user\/group management , and role-based access control as per banking security guidelines.Work closely with application, infrastructure, and database teams to support releases, patching, and upgrades.Perform root-cause analysis of production incidents and provide preventive solutions.Document configurations, procedures, and operational processes adhering to banking audit standards.EnsureDR (Disaster Recovery) readiness, replication, and failover testing for critical banking applications.Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of hands-on experience as aWebLogic Administrator .Strong knowledge ofWebLogic 12c\/14c , clustering, high availability, and tuning.Experience in middleware technologies such asOracle Fusion Middleware, OHS, Apache, Tomcat , or related tools.Proficiency inUnix\/Linux shell scripting andWLST .Experience supporting Global Transactionbanking, financial services, or other highly regulated domains .Understanding ofPCI-DSS, security hardening, and audit compliance .Strong troubleshooting skills for production banking applications.Experience with CI\/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Ansible) is an added advantage.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Oracle certifications (e.g.,Oracle WebLogic Server Administrator Certified Expert ).Exposure toCore Banking systems , digital banking platforms, or payment gateways.
