About the team and this role:
You'll be part of Inkle's marketing team, collaborating closely with our Marketing Designer to bring fresh, high-quality designs to our website. You'll work in Webflow, so being comfortable with it is a big plus. If you're new to it, we encourage you to dive into Webflow University and learn on the go. Our website is one of our most important lead-generation channels, and we're investing heavily to make it truly best in class. Beyond web design, you'll also contribute to visual content creation, designing eye-catching graphics for social media posts, marketing campaigns, and more. This is a great opportunity to level up your creative skills while collaborating with designers, marketers, and product team members. You'll gain hands-on experience in crafting a brand that's clear, modern, and instantly recognizable.
Responsibilities:
Webflow Development
- Assist in designing, building, and maintaining responsive Webflow websites.
- Update and optimize existing Webflow pages for speed, SEO, and user experience.
- Integrate animations, interactions, and CMS collections in Webflow.
- Help manage website assets, forms, and landing pages.
Basic Graphic Design
- Create simple graphics, icons, banners, and social media creatives to support marketing campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to execute creative ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns, features, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with Webflow updates, design trends, and basic UX/UI best practices.
Who we're looking for:
- Familiarity with Webflow (coursework, personal projects, or prior work is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Basic skills in tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar.
- Eye for clean, minimal, and user-friendly design.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take feedback positively.
Nice To Have Skills
- Knowledge of Webflow CMS structure and animations.
- Experience creating simple GIFs or short animations.
- Understanding of SEO basics for website optimization.
Working hours:
If you indicate that you wish to join as full-time in Bangalore (WFO), we will prefer candidates who are ready to work 3pm-midnight IST daily in office, in order to collaborate with our SF office. Dinner and night route cab to go home will be provided. We will definitely consider applicants who indicate that they wish to work remotely (WFH) but the bar of selection will be higher.
