About the Project

We’re launching a large-scale, CMS-first directory site optimized for programmatic SEO.
We already own a high-end Webflow directory template. Your mission: take it, elevate it, and turn it into a fast, scalable, future-proof machine.

What You’ll Deliver

• Fully customized, production-ready site from our template
• Robust multi-collection CMS structure with multi-reference fields
• Dynamic pages + combination pages with perfect URL structure
• Instant filtering, sorting, and search across the entire directory
• 90+ mobile/desktop PageSpeed + flawless responsiveness
• Bulletproof bulk-import system (CSV → Whalesync, Zapier, Make, or API)

Responsibilities

• Transform the template into a unique, high-performance site
• Architect and connect all CMS Collections
• Build every template and programmatic page needed for pSEO
• Implement advanced interactions (Finsweet Attributes, JetBoost, or similar)
• Set up repeatable data import workflows
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO to the pixel
• Full cross-device testing and polish

Must-Have

• True Webflow expert (multiple large-scale sites in portfolio)
• Experience shipping directories or databases with 1,000+ CMS items
• Master of multi-references, conditional visibility, CMS Load, dynamic lists
• Proven ability to take a template and make it feel completely custom
• Speed + mobile-first mindset baked in

Nice to Have

• Programmatic SEO experience
• Whalesync / Webflow API expertise
• Light custom code or Memberstack/Xano knowledge
