Webflow designer/developer

As a Webflow Designer/Developer, you will be instrumental in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites using the Webflow platform. Your primary focus will be on designing and developing responsive websites with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality to ensure a seamless user experience. Your work will directly impact the organization's online presence and success. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing websites using Webflow and other relevant tools, collaborating with design and development teams for seamless integration, creating custom animations and interactions to enhance user experience, implementing best practices for SEO and website performance optimization, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, testing and troubleshooting website issues, staying updated with industry trends, assisting in website redesign and updates, integrating third-party services and APIs as required, translating UI/UX design wireframes into code, providing technical support to internal teams, maintaining and updating websites, optimizing for accessibility and inclusion, and managing multiple web projects concurrently. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Webflow, HTML, and CSS, along with experience in UI/UX design principles, a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design, and the ability to work with design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Knowledge of web accessibility standards, SEO principles, prototyping tools, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary, along with experience in version control systems like Git and familiarity with JavaScript and front-end frameworks. Certifications in Webflow or related technologies are advantageous for this role.
