Webflow designer/developer

As a Webflow Designer/Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites using the Webflow platform. Your role will involve designing and developing websites with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, functionality, and providing a seamless user experience. Your contributions will directly influence the online presence and success of the organization. You will be tasked with the following key responsibilities: - Designing and developing responsive websites using Webflow and other relevant tools - Collaborating closely with design and development teams to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality - Creating custom animations and interactions to enhance user experience - Implementing best practices for SEO and optimizing website performance - Ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility - Testing and troubleshooting website issues - Staying updated with the latest design and development trends in the industry - Assisting in planning and implementing website redesigns and updates - Integrating third-party services and APIs as required - Translating UI/UX design wireframes into actual code - Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams - Maintaining and updating existing websites as needed - Optimizing websites for accessibility and inclusion - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and address website requirements and objectives - Managing multiple web design and development projects concurrently The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Webflow, HTML, and CSS - Experience with UI/UX design principles and best practices - Strong portfolio showcasing web design and development projects - Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development - Ability to work with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma - Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices - Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools - Understanding of SEO principles and best practices - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field - Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus - Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end frameworks is a bonus - Certifications in Webflow or related technologies are advantageous Skills required for this role include proficiency in Webflow, Sketch, SEO, Git, front-end frameworks, web accessibility standards, HTML/CSS, UI/UX design, Figma, Adobe XD, prototyping, wireframing, JavaScript, version control systems, responsive design, and communication skills.,
