Job Description

As part of our team, you will be contributing to various industries like electronics, medical research, renewable energy, food production, and infrastructure with the latest technologies and sustainable innovations. Your Role - Assist and guide internal clients (editors, reviewers) with Web Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager) for creating, editing, managing, and publishing digital content. - Ensure excellent customer service by addressing requests and issues promptly and with the right quality. - Safeguard daily operations in various process-related applications. - Perform bug-testing and test new functionalities before release. - Create, maintain, and advocate processes/systems documentation. - Drive or participate in projects, website launches, and improvement initiatives. - Provide necessary trainings and support knowledge sharing webinars. - Report work progress status and escalate risks to the Team Lead. To succeed, you will need Experience Requirements, Education & Knowledge - Excellent command of written and spoken English. - University degree. - Experience in digital area, customer service, or helpdesk. - Computer literacy with familiarity of Microsoft Office apps. - Experience with WYSIWYG editors is a plus, familiarity with HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, etc., ITIL certification is a plus. Personality Requirements - Strongly customer-oriented, service, and business-minded. - Tech-savvy with an eagerness to learn new technologies. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and be well-organized. - Pro-active, result-driven, and able to present for various audiences. - Process-oriented, initiative, self-challenging, independent team player. - Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and write comprehensible documentation.
