We are urgently looking for immediate joiners to join our team as Web Operations Executive. The ideal candidate must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to handle day-to-day operational tasks efficiently. This role is ideal for recent graduates or postgraduates looking to start or grow their careers in a dynamic work environment. Web Operations Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day technical operations and performance of the digital platforms and websites. This includes content updates, troubleshooting, coordinating, ensuring site uptime, managing integrations, and supporting the overall digital user experience. Key Responsibilities : Maintain, monitor, and optimize website performance. Manage CMS (Content Management System) operations, including updating product listings, other web content. Maintain documentation of website changes, procedures, and support logs. Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images. Monitor and optimize product performance across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure order fulfillment. Ensure accurate and engaging product content and visuals.
