Web Method Developer

As a skilled WebMethods Developer at Persistent Ltd., you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions across enterprise systems. With 6 to 12 years of experience in integration development, your strong hands-on expertise in WebMethods platforms is essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Minimum 6+ years of experience in Web Methods, Integration Server, Developer, Designer, Broker, Trading Networks, MWS, CAF, BPM, API Gateway, and JDBC Adapters - Work with B2B customers utilizing cXML, EDI, and X12 document types - Build base/canonical maps in webMethods for cXML and EDI Customers - Exposure to webMethods version 10.X and above - Handle Production Support and Development projects using webMethods - Good understanding of EAI and B2B projects - Extensive work in Integration Server, CAF, Trading Networks, EDI, MWS, Adapters, Webservices (REST/SOAP), flat files, and XML - Perform Map Analysis, Mapping instructions, and framework analysis for B2B customers - Experience in migration projects is a plus - Self-driven with the ability to work in a small team - Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both Verbal and Written) **Qualifications Required:** - Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs - Writes specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity - Provides technical advice on complex programming - Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code and technical documentation - Strong behavioural skills, excellent communication skills - Self-motivated, team player, action, and results-oriented As part of the benefits package, you can expect a competitive salary, opportunities for talent development, company-sponsored higher education and certifications, exposure to cutting-edge technologies, employee engagement initiatives, annual health check-ups, and insurance coverage for self, spouse, children, and parents.
