Web Manager

We are hiring a Shopify Lead Manager to head our Shopify development projects and client communications. This role is perfect for someone who not only understands Shopify inside-out but can also lead a team, manage client expectations, and ensure flawless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Shopify developers, guiding them through project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth relationships.
• Strategize and oversee end-to-end Shopify store development – from design to deployment.
• Stay ahead with the latest Shopify updates, apps, and market trends, and integrate them into projects.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Provide insights on e-commerce trends, performance optimization, and conversion improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, SEO) to deliver holistic solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shopify Lead / Project Manager with at least 3–5 years in Shopify development.
• Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus, Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong leadership skills – ability to manage teams and mentor junior developers.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Strategic mindset with an understanding of e-commerce growth, CRO, and digital marketing basics.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and handle pressure in fast-paced projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
