As a Web & Digital Marketing Intern at ICHARS, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with AI tools such as Roo Code and Cline to build apps, automate workflows, and optimize the WordPress-based website and lead systems. Your role will be crucial in supporting the mission of ICHARS in the mental health and coaching space. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build simple web and mobile applications using Roo Code and Cline - Draft UI/UX flows and functional MVPs - Customize and optimize WordPress features, plugins, and integrations for lead generation, booking, and analytics - Automate and optimize internal processes like lead capture, form handling, and appointment systems - Integrate AI across departments for content creation, CRM, lead generation, and internal communication - Explore new tools and technologies to enhance workflows - Document processes and train team members to adopt AI-based solutions - Occasionally assist with digital workflows such as SEO or content automation **Qualifications Required:** - Basic understanding of programming concepts - Experience or strong interest in working with Roo Code, Cline, WordPress, and automation tools like Make.com and Zapier - Curiosity for AI tools and a mindset for experimentation - Clear communication and documentation skills - Bonus: Familiarity with digital marketing workflows (a plus, not essential) **Stipend & Location:** - Stipend: 5,000/month - Location: Indore (MP) - In-office role At ICHARS, you will be part of a mission-driven mental health and coaching organization where you can work at the intersection of technology, psychology, and innovation.
