Web Development Team Lead

We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and skilled Team Lead for our Web Development Team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent client communication abilities, and a solid technical background in modern web development technologies including React, Node.js, and Laravel. The candidate must be well-versed in managing teams, solving complex technical problems, and driving the successful execution of projects from requirement gathering to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web developers to deliver high-quality web applications.

Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical consultancy, and ensure timely project delivery.

Handle project planning, task allocation, progress tracking, and risk management for multiple web development projects.

Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions with scalable architecture.

Ensure adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices in all stages of development.

Drive innovation by exploring and integrating cutting-edge AI tools and technologies into applications.

Review code, ensure development best practices, and perform regular code audits.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers for smooth project execution.

Manage deployments, updates, and maintenance of applications on cloud servers (AWS/DigitalOcean/etc.).

Utilize version control systems like Git or Bitbucket for efficient code management and collaboration.

Ensure secure and performance-optimized web applications aligned with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience of 3+ years in a leadership role managing a web development team.

Strong experience in React.js, Node.js, and Laravel.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, MVC architecture, and modern front-end/backend development workflows.

Exposure to AI tools integration (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, TensorFlow.js, or related technologies).

Hands-on experience with SaaS product development and deployment.

Good working knowledge of Opencart or other shopping CMS platforms is a strong advantage.

Expertise in application deployment, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure management.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.

Excellent communication, client-handling, and team collaboration skills.
