Job Description

As a Development Team Manager, you will lead a team of developers to create and maintain a high-performing work environment. Your responsibilities will include recruiting qualified individuals, providing training, and overseeing performance management, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Your leadership style will be guided by integrity, ethical business standards, and adherence to company policies and practices. You will autonomously manage daily operations to achieve departmental and organizational goals while being flexible to adapt to changing business needs.
