Key Responsibilities - Develop new user-facing features based on client specifications. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Collaborate with teammates to define, design, and ship new features. - Maintain and improve website performance and functionality. - Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards. - Implement security and data protection protocols. - Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications. - Test and debug applications to ensure quality and performance. - Create responsive designs for mobile and tablet devices. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Work with the marketing team to integrate SEO best practices. - Document development processes and project statuses. - Assist with troubleshooting and resolving user issues. - Communicate with clients to understand their requirements. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Proven work experience as a Web Developer or similar role. - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles. - Proficiency in front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. - Familiarity with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or PHP. - Knowledge of database management systems, including MySQL or MongoDB. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Attention to detail with a commitment to quality. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. - Familiarity with tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt. - Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Portfolio of previous web development projects strongly preferred.
