About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Web Developer with 1-2 years of experience, skilled in building, customizing, and maintaining websites on platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS/eCommerce platforms.

You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to bring websites to life, ensure smooth functionality, and deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress and Shopify.
• Implement and customize themes, templates, and plugins/apps.
• Convert design mockups (Figma/PSD) into responsive websites.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and speed.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain websites for smooth operations.
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party tools as needed.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress/Shopify development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with MySQL databases.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience in WooCommerce, Magento, or other CMS/eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Liquid (Shopify templating language).
• Understanding of version control tools(Git)
