Web Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated Next.js Developer to build and scale high-performance web applications, dashboards, and internal platforms.

This role sits at the core of product execution and directly impacts growth, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain modern web applications using Next.js (App Router)

Build responsive, scalable user interfaces with clean component architecture

Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, authentication, and third-party services

Implement admin panels, dashboards, CRMs, and real-time features

Optimize applications for SEO, performance, and security

Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product owners

Write maintainable, testable, and well-documented code

Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning

Ensure high code quality through reviews and best practices

Technical Requirements

Must Have

Strong experience with Next.js (13+)

React & TypeScript proficiency

Tailwind CSS / Shadcn / Material UI

REST APIs & WebSockets

MongoDB / PostgreSQL

Git & GitHub workflows

Good to Have

Docker & basic DevOps knowledge

CI/CD pipelines

Server-side rendering, edge functions, caching strategies

Authentication systems (JWT, OAuth, session management)

Success Metrics (KPIs)

Lighthouse performance score consistently above 90

Stable releases with minimal production bugs

Timely delivery of features according to sprint goals

High reusability and maintainability of components

Positive feedback from internal teams and users
