Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate project requirements into functional web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser and device compatibility.
• Build dynamic, interactive web applications using modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
• Implement server-side logic and integrate backend functionalities using technologies like Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Ruby on Rails.
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness through best practices in caching, asset management, and database optimization.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and user interactions.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure consistency across projects.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across both frontend and backend code.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements to tools, processes, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with QA teams to test and validate functionality, usability, and compatibility.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications with new features, improvements, and updates.
• Monitor website performance, security, and accessibility, addressing issues proactively.
• Assist in documenting technical specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Ruby on Rails.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical issues.
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with relational databases and ability to write SQL queries.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality code.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
