Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Developer with strong experience in PHP development and UI/UX design to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building functional, user-centric web applications, with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of both back-end logic and front-end aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites and web applications using PHP and frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to create user-friendly interfaces
• Convert UI/UX wireframes and mockups into fully functional and responsive websites
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
• Integrate front-end and back-end components, including APIs and databases
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve design
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and adhere to best practices in web development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Ability to translate visual designs into pixel-perfect front-end code
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integration
• Version control with Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Magento
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility issues

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
