The ideal candidate should be passionate about building functional, user-centric web applications, with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of both back-end logic and front-end aesthetics. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites and web applications using PHP and frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter Collaborate with designers and product teams to create user-friendly interfaces Convert UI/UX wireframes and mockups into fully functional and responsive websites Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability Integrate front-end and back-end components, including APIs and databases Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve design Maintain code quality, documentation, and adhere to best practices in web development Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in PHP , MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel , CodeIgniter , or Symfony Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles , responsive design, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) Ability to translate visual designs into pixel-perfect front-end code Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integration Version control with Git Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred (but not required): Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress , Drupal , or Magento Knowledge of SEO best practices Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience with cross-browser compatibility issues Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Creative mindset with user-centered thinking Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
