As an Automation and AI Tools Specialist at our global events company, your primary responsibility will be to identify and evaluate the best automation and AI tools suitable for various departments, including sales, marketing, and support. You will play a crucial role in implementing and managing CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, and Pipedrive to streamline customer relationships and lead management. Additionally, you will deploy and maintain proposal generation tools like PandaDoc and Better Proposals and set up no-code website building tools like Carrd and Webflow. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate the best automation and AI tools for different departments - Implement and manage CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, and Pipedrive - Deploy and maintain proposal generation tools like PandaDoc and Better Proposals - Implement one-page and no-code website building tools like Carrd and Webflow - Set up and integrate AI chatbots on websites using platforms such as Tidio, Chatbase, and Intercom - Enhance UI/UX through tools like Hotjar, Crazy Egg, and AI-based web improvement platforms - Use automation platforms such as Zapier and Make/Integromat to connect apps and automate workflows - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth tool adoption - Troubleshoot issues and provide training to staff on using new tools effectively Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of SaaS and no-code tools - Experience in tool integration and automation workflows - Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks - Strong problem-solving and implementation skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously efficiently - Effective communication and strong training skills - Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field - Certification in automation tools or platforms is a plus - Prior experience in a similar implementation-focused role In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work with internal teams, collaborate on various projects, and contribute to the future of businesses in the 4th global industrial revolution.,
