Web Developer (Fresher)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Web Developer Fresher to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who have recently completed their studies and are eager to kickstart their career in web development. You will be working on real-time projects, assisting senior developers, and gaining hands-on experience in building and maintaining websites and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications.
• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies to create responsive and user-friendly designs.
• Support backend development tasks (PHP, MySQL, or other frameworks depending on company stack).
• Collaborate with the development team to debug, test, and maintain code.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and frameworks as required.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance and SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or pursuing final year).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (or any backend language).
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Bootstrap, jQuery, or React (added advantage).
• Understanding of database management (MySQL preferred).
• Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
