Web Developer & Digital Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web-based applications.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for smooth integration.
• Manage hosting, updates, backups, and performance optimization.
• Implement security best practices and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Digital Media & Branding

• Manage and update Kinster’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Create and post engaging content (graphics, videos, news updates, recruitment posts, etc.).
• Coordinate with international teams to align content with brand goals.
• Track analytics and engagement; suggest improvements for better reach.
• Assist with online marketing campaigns and ad creatives when needed.

Required Skills

• Web Tech: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Frameworks: Laravel / CodeIgniter / React / Vue.js.
• CMS: WordPress (preferred).
• Design Tools: Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
• Bonus: SEO basics, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
