Job Description

British English Academy is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain our websites and online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, creative problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for modern design and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites for the Academy.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to implement updates and new features.
Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, or errors promptly.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (knowledge of PHP or React is a plus).
Understanding of UI/UX principles and SEO best practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
