Job Opening: Web Designer (6 Months – 1.5 Years Experience)

Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 6 PM)

About the Role We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer with 6 months to 1.5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in web technologies and a passion for building responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites. This role provides opportunities to work on diverse projects, collaborate with developers, and grow into advanced frontend or full-stack positions.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing responsive web pages
• Converting Figma/PSD/UI mockups into functional web designs
• Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Collaborating with backend developers to integrate UI/UX designs
• Optimizing websites for performance, speed, and SEO best practices
• Maintaining and updating existing websites

Required Skills

• Mandatory: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap
• Good to Have: PHP, Tailwind CSS, React.js, Next.js
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 6 months – 1.5 years of relevant experience in web design
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
