Web Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in designing responsive, user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web technologies, and design tools, and should be able to translate requirements into beautiful and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement website layouts, user interfaces, and functionality.
• Collaborate with developers, content teams, and other designers to execute creative concepts.
• Ensure consistency in design and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in web design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, XD, or Sketch.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery and responsive design principles.
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
