Web Designer- UI/UX

As a UI/UX Web Designer at EnactOn Technologies Pvt. Ltd in Surat, you will play a crucial role in creating user-centered designs for websites and web applications. Your responsibilities will include developing the overall layout and production design of web pages, establishing and promoting design guidelines, and creating unique, effective web designs using available resources. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating UI designs for responsive mobile application interfaces, communicating design ideas using various tools, and ensuring websites meet design and technical requirements. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Developing the overall layout and production design of web pages in a website - Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards - Retrieving content (images, icons) from relevant sources - Creating unique, effective web designs using the supplied/available resources - Creating UI Design for a Responsive Mobile Application Interface - Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes - Modifying and enhancing images using relevant software when necessary - Making requested changes to existing sites in a timely and accurate manner - Performing quality checks on websites to ensure they meet design and technical requirements - Ensuring websites are completed within the agreed timeline and quality guidelines - Developing and maintaining good relationships with key customer stakeholders - Participating in process improvement initiatives To qualify for this position, you should have a BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a similar relevant field. You should also have proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Figma, along with up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies. Additionally, strong hands-on knowledge of creative User Interface (UI/UX) Design, understanding of design principles, and proficiency in front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are required. Good experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps is also essential. Soft skills such as proficiency in English, efficient task management, and being a self-reliant quick learner are highly valued.
