Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer with strong UI/UX skills to design engaging and user-friendly websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, technology, and user experience, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile design projects. Key Responsibilities: Design and enhance user interfaces for websites and web applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement intuitive designs. Translate user needs and business requirements into design solutions. Maintain consistency across web applications and improve usability standards. Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs. Optimize designs for responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Work on branding, layouts, typography, color theory, and iconography. Key Skills Required: UI/UX Design HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (basic understanding) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD Responsive and Mobile-first Design Prototyping Tools (InVision, Marvel, etc.) UX Research & Usability Testing Knowledge of design systems and web accessibility standards Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Certification in UI/UX design or web design is an added advantage. Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in Web/UI/UX design. A strong portfolio of design projects is a must.
