Web Designer

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Your role will involve conceptualizing original website design ideas to simplify complex roadblocks and enhance user friendliness. You will be creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts. Presenting and defending your designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders is a crucial aspect of this position. Moreover, you will play a key role in establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Your proven work experience as a Web Designer, along with demonstrable graphic design skills and a strong portfolio, will be essential for success in this role. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps is required. Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design and wire-framing tools is necessary, along with expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum development process will be advantageous. Your excellent visual design skills with a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction will be highly valued in this position.
