Position Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing responsive, user-friendly, and visually compelling websites and digital interfaces. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of UX principles, and a passion for staying current with design trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype responsive websites, landing pages, dashboards, and web app interfaces from concept to final handoff.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity across digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide assets/specifications.
• Optimize existing web pages based on user feedback, analytics data, and A/B testing outcomes.
• Ensure designs are accessible, performant, and consistent across all devices and browsers.
• Participate in design reviews, present work to stakeholders, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing web design projects (please include link in application).
• 1 year of professional experience in web/UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma (strongly preferred) and/or Sketch, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and limitations (no coding required, but ability to collaborate effectively with developers).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Preferred (Bonus Skills):

• Experience with prototyping and motion design tools (Principle, After Effects, Framer).
• Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS/no-code platforms.
• Knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, or data-driven design.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience designing for mobile apps or marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
