As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Mocha Technologies, you will play a crucial role in developing robust, scalable, and low-latency software solutions for the fintech industry. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build new features, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the scalability and performance of applications. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with developers and product managers to build robust, scalable software solutions for the Fin Tech industry - Design client-side and server-side architecture - Work across Frontend, Backend, and Database systems in a Full-Stack position - Test software for accuracy, performance, and usability - Utilize CI/CD tooling to improve and automate deployments - Review code, write unit tests, and follow software engineering best practices - Develop yourself as an engineer and leader through continuous growth and sharing expertise with others Qualifications: - 2+ years of full stack development experience - Experience with PHP, Python, or Javascript is preferred - Familiarity with React JS, Laravel PHP is a plus - Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field - Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering results - Knowledge of the financial industry is advantageous - Ability to work effectively in a team and potentially lead a team About Mocha Technologies: Mocha Technologies, headquartered in the United States with offices in Mumbai, Vadodra, and Bhuj, specializes in fintech software products such as Accounting, E-Signature, and Property and Investment Management.
