Job Objective: We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Designer (Full Stack) to lead the design and development of high-quality web applications and websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design, front-end and back-end development, and web performance optimization. This role requires both creative and technical expertise to build user-friendly, visually appealing, and scalable digital experiences. Experience: 5+ years of experience in web design and full-stack development Job Responsibilities: 1. UI/UX Design & Frontend Development Create modern, responsive, and user-friendly web designs using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Develop pixel-perfect, interactive UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. Optimize web applications for cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG, ARIA), and SEO best practices. Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and enhance user experience. 2. Backend Development & Integration Develop server-side applications and APIs using Node.js, PHP, Python, or .NET Core. Design and optimize database schemas (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for scalability and performance. Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, third-party applications, and authentication systems (OAuth, JWT, Firebase, etc.). Implement security best practices, including data encryption and secure authentication protocols. 3. Web Performance & Optimization Conduct performance audits and optimize websites for fast loading times and Core Web Vitals. Utilize caching, lazy loading, CDN strategies, and image optimization techniques. Implement best practices for progressive web apps (PWAs) and responsive design. 4. Deployment, Maintenance & Support Deploy and manage web applications on cloud services (AWS, Firebase, DigitalOcean, Netlify, Vercel, etc.). Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functionality across platforms. Regularly update and maintain web applications, ensuring security patches and updates are applied. 5. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align project goals with business objectives. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and designers. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in web design and development. 6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Explore and integrate new UI/UX trends, frameworks, and tools to enhance web design and development processes. Experiment with AI-driven web development, automation, and headless CMS solutions for improved efficiency. Optimize workflows for enhanced productivity and user engagement. Skills Required: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, Angular). Strong experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, PHP, or .NET Core. Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Headless CMS solutions. Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket). Experience with web hosting, cloud services, and deployment tools (AWS, Firebase, Netlify, Vercel). Strong problem - solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred candidate profile: 1. Performance Optimization & Deployment Website performance tuning: Lazy loading, caching, CDN implementation Cloud deployment platforms: AWS, Firebase, Vercel, Netlify, DigitalOcean DevOps & CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions, Docker, Jenkins Testing & debugging tools: Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, Jest, Cypress 4. Collaboration & Project Management Version control: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket Agile development workflow: Jira, Trello, Asana Strong problem-solving & debugging skills Excellent communication & teamwork abilities Ability to mentor junior designers & developers 5.
