Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design responsive, user-centered websites and landing pages optimized for conversion and engagement.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation.
Create design systems, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Maintain consistency in layout, typography, and branding across all digital platforms.
Conduct UI/UX audits and recommend improvements for better user experience.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.

Strong Requirements

2+ years of professional experience in website or UI/UX design.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Deep understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind) — strong plus.
Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify design customization.
Solid portfolio showcasing real, live projects — not just concept work.
Understanding of SEO-friendly design and page speed optimization.
Excellent communication, ownership, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
