Web Designer

As a Web/Brand Content Designer at our company, you will be a digital-first designer responsible for creating still and video assets for eCommerce businesses. Your role will involve contributing to the creation of graphics and visual content that enhance user experiences with our brand. It is a position that requires a strategic mindset as well as strong time management skills to manage multiple design projects efficiently. Your ability to understand consumer trends, work within brand guidelines, and deliver content that educates, informs, and converts shoppers will be crucial. If you have a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, experience with Figma/Adobe XD, and a portfolio showcasing your design experiences and skills, we are excited to meet you! Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and execute content design to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion for our brand and products across digital touchpoints - Create campaign assets across various platforms including mobile, product, interactive, OOH, print, and digital, including video edits - Design templates for email marketing and social media campaigns as required - Maintain creative process workflow and relationships between brand, DTC, content marketing, and developers - Collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill design concepts and deliverables on time - Work with a team of internal stakeholders in different time zones and countries on brand-specific projects - Support UI/UX projects including generating wireframes and visually stunning landing pages, web, and mobile pages within branding guidelines - Assist marketing and DTC teams with other tasks as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a design-related creative field - 4+ years of experience as a designer at an ecommerce agency or in-house design for an ecommerce brand preferred - Strong portfolio showcasing various visual creatives, including video content - Proficiency in Adobe Suite tools (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines - Ability to present designs confidently and receive feedback graciously ContactPoint 360 is a global BPO that offers full-service omnichannel contact center solutions, digital transformation expertise, and full-stack developers to assist clients in connecting with their customers across all touchpoints on the customer journey compass.
