Job Description

Website Designer

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain the company website, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly interface.
Implement
SEO strategies
to improve website visibility and rankings.
Integrate
AI optimization tools
to enhance website performance and content personalization.
Maintain and update internal websites and platforms such as HR portals or intranet.
Assist in developing small mobile/web applications for internal use.
Monitor website performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement updates.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience as a
Website Designer/Developer
.
Strong knowledge of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
, and web design best practices.
Experience with
SEO strategies, analytics, and AI-based optimization tools
.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, or similar).
Understanding of responsive design and mobile-friendly interfaces.
Basic knowledge of mobile app development is a plus.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Portfolio showcasing previous website design and SEO/AI optimization projects.
