Web Chat Executive | Australian Chat Process - Freshers Only

Role Overview: You are invited to join our team as a Web Chat Executive for a non-voice Australian Web Chat Support process. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer support through written communication channels to our Australian clients. Your proficiency in digital tools such as MS Word and Excel will be essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage customer interactions through a chatbot interface - Respond to client queries promptly and accurately - Maintain documentation - Adhere to quality and turnaround time standards Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel - Proactive, attentive, and a quick learner - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends Company Details: This position is open to freshers only, with a preference for male candidates due to the rotational shifts.
