As a Wealth Manager/Team Leader, you will leverage your expertise in Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Client Relationship Management within the Financial Services domain. Your primary objective will revolve around steering teams towards surpassing sales objectives and fostering client relationships through the delivery of top-notch services. You will play a pivotal role in assisting teams in formulating and executing financial plans for clients, ensuring they receive and act upon sound advice. Moreover, you will serve as a business manager, overseeing the profit and loss of your team. Your scope of responsibilities will entail the development and supervision of zone teams, which include Team Leaders and Relationship Managers. As the guiding force for Wealth Managers, you will strategize and attain Sales Targets for Wealth Management products by empowering and guiding the team to maintain peak performance levels. It will be crucial to uphold profitability targets by promoting good Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and cross-selling opportunities. Your knack for identifying revenue growth avenues and formulating business strategies to enhance consumer preference will be instrumental. Furthermore, you will focus on expanding the client base in direct equity by acquiring new Private Wealth, High Net Worth Individual (HNI), and Corporate clients. Your role will involve building relationships with external and internal stakeholders across all client levels to ensure maximum retention and revenue achievement. Monitoring the performance of clients" portfolios, providing consistent advisory services to yield high Returns on Investment (ROI), and establishing effective systems and procedures will be integral to your success. Ensuring compliance with Financial Planning, Asset Allocation, and Product Sales standards, as well as managing delinquencies through a well-structured sales process, will be part of your routine. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and facilitating smooth onboarding for new team members, while effectively managing attrition rates within the team. Achieving acquisition, activation, cross-sell targets, and sub-targets within acquisition particularly focusing on Premium segment customers will be paramount. Your role will also involve meeting business and revenue targets set for the company, conducting performance reviews to monitor and measure results effectively, and contributing significantly to the company's growth and profitability. A Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Finance coupled with strong skills in Wealth Management and Financial Services will set you on the path to success in this role.,
