Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wealth to join our Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer relationships and closing sales leads, focusing on High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in private wealth management, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in managing HNI accounts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new sales leads within the HNI segment, leveraging existing networks and building new connections. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and tailor wealth management solutions accordingly. Present and promote the companys wealth management services and products to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized investment solutions that meet client needs and objectives. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Provide ongoing client support, including regular portfolio reviews and updates on market trends and investment opportunities. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
