Role Overview
We are seeking energetic and target-driven professionals to join our expanding investment division as Sales & Business Development Executives. The role focuses on acquiring and managing High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients for wealth management and investment products offered by Jones Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new HNI and corporate clients through field sales, cold calling, and networking.
Present and promote Jones Asset Managements investment and wealth products.
Conduct financial planning meetings, client portfolio reviews, and advisory sessions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and handle end-to-end onboarding.
Stay updated on financial markets, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the research and operations teams for investment execution.
Represent the company in client meetings, business events, and financial seminars.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Knowledge of wealth management, mutual funds, and investment products.
Self-motivated and comfortable with field sales and client interaction.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
25 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Investment Sales preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
