Job Title: Test Engineer Wealth Operations

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Test Engineer (Wealth Operations) to support testing of back-office and middle-office systems in the Wealth Management domain. This role suits professionals from wealth operations or financial services who wish to build a career in software testing. Comprehensive training in manual testing and QA methodologies will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual functional testing of wealth management systems (Wealth Spectrum, Miles Software, or similar).
• Understand business and operational workflows for Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, and Insurance.
• Create and execute test cases, report defects, and track issues using test management tools.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in issue verification and closure.
• Apply domain knowledge in areas like portfolio reconciliation, transactions, NAV validation, and compliance reporting.
• Contribute to test documentation and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15 years of experience in wealth/portfolio operations, financial services, or IT support.
• Understanding of wealth management products Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, Bonds, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with an interest in software testing and quality assurance.
• Willingness to undergo training in manual testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with PMS or wealth management tools (Wealth Spectrum, Miles Software, or similar).
• Basic understanding of SDLC/STLC and software testing concepts.
• Knowledge of SEBI, RBI, FATCA, and other wealth management regulations.
